Reporting accessibility issues

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. If you discover any problems not listed here, or if you believe we are not meeting the legal requirements, please let us know so we can take action.

Supervision

The Swedish Agency for Digital Government (Digg) oversees compliance with the Accessibility to Digital Public Services Act. You can report to Digg if you feel that our digital services lack accessibility.

You may also contact Digg if you disagree with our assessment of what constitutes a disproportionate burden, if you believe our accessibility statement is inadequate, or if we have not handled your request for accessible content properly.

Technical information about this website’s accessibility

This website is partially compliant with the Accessibility to Digital Public Services Act, due to the issues described below.

Non-accessible content

The content described below is, in one way or another, not fully accessible.

Issues with legal compliance

Formulär

  • Validation tools indicate a blank list at the top of the form. This list serves as a placeholder for dynamic error messages based on user input. Since these messages are added or removed dynamically, the list must be present at page load to meet accessibility requirements.

Third-party services

  • Some third-party tools used on the site may have limitations in terms of accessibility. We are actively working to identify and address these where possible.

Visual content and documents

  • Certificates on the website are currently displayed as images without alternative text formats. These will soon be replaced by new, accessibility-compliant versions.
  • The sustainability report, currently provided as a PDF, is not accessible. This will be addressed when the 2025 report is published and replaces the current version.

Ongoing improvements

We are continuously identifying and fixing the issues listed above. Our aim is to ensure the website meets relevant accessibility standards and delivers a positive user experience for all.

Content not covered by the legislation

Some content is not fully accessible but is exempt under §9 of the Accessibility to Digital Public Services Act.

  • Maps not intended for navigational use.
