Quality and environment
Quality
Every assignment has its share of requirements to meet quality qualifications. A lot of this comes down to having clear directives in routines, systems and technologies, but it’s also about showing care and dedication throughout the organization. At Bilfrakt, we’ve put a lot of effort to deliver products and services with great quality. Quality has always been at the heart of Bilfrakt, both in terms customer relationships, cooperating partnerships, and among our own staff. We are guided by reliability, good ethics, high morale and overall kindness. Our work in the quality department is ensured by a third party and is certified by SIS through ISO 9001:2015.
Environment
We can all make a difference together. As a company working in contracting and logistics, our responsibilities are particularly important from an environmental perspective. Every part of Bilfrakt is set to meet environmental legislation as well as other environmental requirements. Not only that, but it is also in line with our ambition to always look for new ways to reduce environmental impact and to work towards more sustainable work in contracting and logistics. Our work in the environmental department is ensured by a third party by SIS through ISO 14001:2015.

With close to 600 different vehicles and machines at work every day, road safety is a major part of our daily operations. We consider it to be one of our primary responsibilities to do our part in maintaining maximum road safety as well as working towards preventing accidents. This is equally important to our own staff as it is to our fellow motorists, commuters and road users.
In our traffic safety policy, it is included that we should set a good example in traffic. This is achieved through:
- Informing, educating, and training staff on road safety.
- Scheduling jobs and assignments to ensure transportation aligns with time and speed limits, accommodates necessary adjustments for weather conditions, and accounts for logistical deviations.
- Conducting vehicle inspections and controls to ensure they are always fit for duty.
- All staff are required to wear seat belts.
- Mobile or cell phones are only allowed when using a hands-free device.
- All drivers and vehicle operators must meet health regulations to be authorized to operate vehicles.
- Drug and alcohol intoxication is strictly prohibited in the workplace.
- All trucks from 2018 must be equipped with sobriety locks to operate. These must comply with Swedish and European regulations.
- Special care and safety regulations are enforced when working in areas where children are present.
Transportation of goods needs to comply with what is stated in this section. By transporting goods (“The Order”) or otherwise fulfilling the order, you (“The Transporter”) are also accepting the following terms of service.
The Transporter is required to ensure that all the necessary permits are in order at the specific time to be allowed to carry out The Order in accordance with legislation and ruling. This includes, but is not limited to, valid permit to conduct transportation business in accordance with The Professional Transport Act (2012:210), community license in accordance with regulation (EG) number 1071/2009, and that The Transporter always comply with rules and regulations regarding cabotage in accordance with regulation (EG) number 1072/2009.
The Transporter agrees to undertake all responsibilities regarding any damages (loss of goods, damages because of sanctions, fines or other damages) that Bilfrakt suffers, as due to The Transporter not fully complying with what is stated in this section.
We revise our Transporters regularly to guarantee that all the necessary permits are in order.
