Whistleblowing
For a long time, Bilfrakt has aspired to greatness in both terms of service and terms of quality. We have worked hard all through the years and we have achieved a very good and valuable reputation within our field of operations. As such, we have high standards when it comes to responsibility both as a company and as individuals working for Bilfrakt. This is an important part of our Code of Conduct.
We do business the right way, ethically and correctly, and we steer clear from questionable activities or wrongful conduct. We keep our operations safe with preventive actions in place to minimize risk for people and the environment.
At Bilfrakt, we offer the same possibilities to everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, religious or political beliefs, citizenship, social heritage, or any other aspects of humanity.
This is protected by law, and equally enforced within Bilfrakt.
We do not tolerate any physical, psychological, sexual or verbal abuse in any way, not among ourselves, nor towards external parties.
If you wish to report any violation to our Code of Conduct, you are more than welcome to use our whistleblowing channel. It may range from any kind of abuse in the workplace, corruption, discrimination, environmental hazards or basic human rights – we sincerely encourage you to report this to us. As a part of Bilfrakt, we suggest that you first and foremost report any violations to your manager or supervisor, but if you feel that this is not possible, we urge you to report it to us through our whistleblower. If you are not an employee of Bilfrakt but wish to report a violation of any kind, you are also more than welcome to use this whistleblower.
Using the whistleblower is totally anonymous if you wish for it to be.
All the information that you send us will be carefully handled with full discretion by an elected official within our organization. If you choose not to provide your identity, you will remain completely anonymous. However, please note that if you wish to be contacted regarding the matter, you must provide your contact information.
